Borat Thanked By Kazakhstan Minister for "Boosting Tourism"

'Borat' was officially thanked by the foreign minister of Kazakhstan for the tenfold increase in tourist visas the country has seen since the release of the film. Sacha Baron Cohen's 'Borat' was a mockumentary about a highly ignorant Kazakh man who travels through America in search of Pamela Anderson. Cohen will reprise this filmmaking technique in this year's 'The Dictator'.
